Day 1 of Lions Guild Academy (D&D)
DM: Boe
Players: Arskin, Billy, Rex, Arilian, HW, Reese, Tina, Bird
Pets: Frank (tarantula)
It’s the first day at a new school, that has recently opened up. Lions glory academy. The gang gets on the bus, which is gigantic, flying, and being carried by 65 horses, with the bus driver riding on one. He is an old man. It’s a 65 horse power bus.
Rex sits with the jocks, and is immediately bench lifted by a half orc named Dozer.
Arskin, HW, and Reese, sit in the back to be emo, but keep getting talked to by the social butterflies.
Arilian sits at the front.
Bird sits next to a High-as-hell drow who offers him a blunt. Bird is high out of his mind for the rest of the day because he’s never smoked in his life. Bird also has multiple fake IDs and uses them all the time.
Tina sits by some loud annoying kids who are blasting teenager music from a boombox.
Billy sits next to a teifling girl the bus driver warned them not to sit next to, named Lamb. He tries to flirt with her. He has a sword in his backpack.
He tries to impress her by curling Rex, who is 7 feet tall and 400 pounds. He gets crushed.
At some point during the flying bus ride, Lamb and two other kids get up, declare revolution, and try to take over the bus.
No one else stands.
The bus driver says he expected this, turns into a monster, and then the bus is revealed to be an eldritch mimic. We got ate by a mimic.
We are unable to fully defeat it before we see a tower in the distance, and the bus soon lands in front of it.
We get off the bus, to see an elderly wizard. He is the vice principle. He sends Lamb and the two others to hell for detention.
He says he made the bus a mimic because he knew there would be some bad apples on board, apparently having little to no consideration for literally everyone else on that bus.
Billy then steps closer and immediately tries to cut off the vice principles beard.
He casts “give wedgie” on Billy.
“bold of you to assume I’m wearing underwear!”
He wedgies his pants instead, which rip, leaving him butt naked. He is told to go sit in the corner.
The vice principle tells us that we must go to the auditorium for our orientation speech, and to follow the yellow brick road, not the blue or red. “Do NOT stray from the path into the very dangerous and unsafe forest around you.”
Billy is given a pair of holy pants from Reese, to which he rips the back of so his ass is out anyways.
They follow the yellow brick road to the auditorium, and split into their respective groups like bard, rogue, fighter, cleric, etc.
Tina accidentally sits on a rogue guy that is hiding in a chair, named Shawn, and he gets killed by a lightning strike and then revived by clerics.
Bird hides in the shadows along the sides, with some kid named Zeke, who is also a rogue.
Billy encounters the hoidiest-toidiest elf ever, carried on a gold palanquin and with golden flowing hair, and challenges him to a duel. The elf calls him poor and says he doesn’t fight poor people. Billy insults his financial status, which finally angers the elf enough to agree. They shall duel tomorrow. Lamb also bets 10,000 dollars on Billy losing after coming back from hell.
The headmaster is an angry looking bug bear, who gives a shitty speech, before asking what the most powerful magic is.
Three wizards in the front yell “the magic of friendship!”
They immediately get smited by lightning and killed, to which the clerics rush to their aid for extra credit.
Billy yells “racism!” and someone else yells “necromancy?”
They are not smited down, which means that racism is indeed a powerful form of magic.
The headmaster yells that “no! its chronomancy!!!”
And they are all dismissed after a couple more kids get struck by lightning, to start their first day of class. They are grouped together.
The day ends, and they go home.
