CASE FILE 01

A Visitor to Morioh

In 1999, Jotaro Kujo travels to Morioh to locate Josuke Higashikata, the illegitimate son of Joseph Joestar.

Josuke is friendly and compassionate, but becomes dangerously angry when anyone insults his carefully styled hair.

His Stand, Crazy Diamond, possesses incredible strength and can restore damaged objects and injured people.

CASE FILE 02

The Bow and Arrow

Josuke and Koichi discover that the Nijimura brothers possess a mysterious Bow and Arrow capable of awakening Stands.

Keicho Nijimura creates new Stand users while searching for someone powerful enough to kill his transformed father.

Keicho's younger brother, Okuyasu, later becomes one of Josuke's closest friends.

CASE FILE 03

Echoes Awakens

Koichi Hirose is pierced by the Arrow and develops the Stand known as Echoes.

Echoes changes form as Koichi becomes more confident, developing increasingly powerful sound and gravity-based abilities.

Though initially timid, Koichi grows into one of Morioh's bravest Stand users.

TOWN RECORD 01

Unusual Residents

Morioh is home to a growing number of strange and unpredictable Stand users.

Some begin as enemies before becoming allies, including manga artist Rohan Kishibe and Italian chef Tonio Trussardi.

Even the town's ordinary locations can hide supernatural dangers, ghosts, invisible children, and impossible rooms.

MISSING PERSONS FILE

Reimi Sugimoto

Rohan and Koichi discover the ghost of Reimi Sugimoto inside a hidden alley.

Reimi reveals that she was murdered fifteen years earlier by a serial killer who still lives somewhere in Morioh.

The group begins investigating the disappearances and searching for the killer's identity.

SUSPECT IDENTIFIED

Yoshikage Kira

Morioh's killer is revealed to be Yoshikage Kira, an apparently ordinary office worker.

Kira desires a quiet and uneventful life, but his obsession with women's hands drives him to murder.

His Stand, Killer Queen, can turn anything it touches into a bomb and erase evidence of his crimes.

STOLEN IDENTITY

Kosaku Kawajiri

After being discovered, Kira forces Aya Tsuji to alter his face and fingerprints.

He assumes the identity of Kosaku Kawajiri, a married office worker, and moves into the Kawajiri household.

Kosaku's son Hayato quickly realizes that the man living with his family is not truly his father.

TEMPORAL ANOMALY

Bites the Dust

Kira gains a new ability called Bites the Dust.

The ability hides inside Hayato and kills anyone who discovers Kira's identity, resetting time by one hour.

Hayato becomes trapped in the repeating morning and must find a way to expose Kira without activating the bomb.

FINAL REPORT

Morioh Fights Back

Hayato tricks Kira into revealing himself in front of Josuke, preventing Bites the Dust from activating.

Josuke battles Killer Queen while Okuyasu, Koichi, Jotaro, and the other Stand users close in.

Kira is finally defeated, allowing Morioh to return to its strange version of ordinary life.

CRAZY DIAMOND

Crazy Diamond can restore damaged objects to an earlier condition, repair broken structures, and heal injuries. Josuke cannot use the ability to heal himself.

Its power reflects Josuke's greatest quality. He may have an explosive temper, but his first instinct is always to protect people and repair what has been broken.

SUBJECT: YOSHIKAGE KIRA

Yoshikage Kira spent fifteen years hiding behind the appearance of an ordinary and respectable citizen.

Unlike Dio or the Pillar Men, Kira does not seek world domination. He wants privacy, routine, and freedom from attention so that he can continue killing without interruption.

Killer Queen allows him to turn people and objects into bombs, destroying both his victims and nearly every trace of his involvement.
